I had something similar happen to me, I did a system restore of the day before and everything was back.

This happened to me too about a month ago. I use Cox High Speed Internet, but they said the same thing that the signal coming to my house was okay but they sent someone in, put in a new wire and everythings good now. You should get whoever your with to come down and check on it.

I cleaned out my computer about 3 days ago, used an air compressor to blow out all the dust but the problems were going on before that. Before I cleaned it out, I did get a couple error messages saying my video card was overheating so thats when I cleaned all the dust out, it's running a lot...

Nope, no overclock. And I was using the 5.9 drivers but went to the 5.8 to see if it was just something wrong with the latest driver but seems it's something else.

I've been having a couple weird problems with my Video Card the last couple of days. Once while playing HL2 a manhacks textures went all funky and turned all checkered like with black and gray. And the same thing happened with the FEAR single player demo, a wall and door turned all black/grey...

Hey all, hope you can help me with a problem. The last 2-3 days HL2 has been screwing up on me. While I'm playing, when I get done with a certain part of a map and the "Loading..." text pops up, I've waited about 5 minutes and finally with frustration press the windows start key on the keyboard...

I have to say, it is very random. Like during one round I shot a guy in the head with the shotgun and nothing, and then I shot another guy in the back with the pistol and he exploded with gibs everywhere. I think they need to work on the gibbing system a little bit.

This game is awesome. Played the demo a couple different times with different settings to try and get it looking the best while having a good performace. I took a pic of one of the enemies where I shot his head off with the pistol. Definately getting this game when it comes out.

Got a 5GB Creative Zen Micro here too. Excellent MP3 player. Very small and portable you can take pretty much anywhere. You can also put computer files on it too if you need to. Very easy transferring computer songs to it. I got mine for my birthday about two weeks ago and haven't had any...
