I've been playing around with the Special Forces kit lately, and I can't figure out the point system for SF soldiers. I keep sneaking into enemy bases and destroying artillary/satellites/commander trailors, and I don't receive any points. What's the deal :( ?

When I logged in to Steam few minutes ago, a window popped up and said, "Please Wait While Steam Verifies Game Files." It then said it was validating CS:S, and showed me a progress bar. Has anyone else had this happen? Here is a screenshot:
