I can get a Sapphire Ati Radeon 9800 pro from sum inet store.. its apperntly on sepcial ATI offer. its £250 its deffo not a SE and its deffo etail not OEM Could this Card be underclocked in anyway? or is it just a genuine discount. i dont wanna pay £250 on sum gay underclocked card

Im making a map for Hl1 :( and its always light i put lights in the map that flicker but they dont show becuase its already light im sure its summet to do with RAD. it worked before not now any1 know lol :P thx :D
