Never looked into the doom games. Never was interested about them. I seriously hated part 1 and 2 a while back. Played the alpha of doom3 and i didnt like that too much either. Hl2 will probably be a lot better in my eyes.

I hated bullsquids :dozey:. Alien slaves were cool and a lot of other things. I hated those Hornet guys too. Everything else was cool tho.

Also matters the os, how much programs you got running in the backround etc. Why dont you two benchmark each other on 3d bench?

You can always look forward to the new Geforce FX's as well since a new gfx will be out by them. Might be a little pricey tho.

Well they been talking a lot about the game. I heard nothing about the past mobs tho. They probably will add them but im guessing not all of them. I hope they dont scrap the garg.

Yea ityll make them rich. They said all there money from Half-Life has been going into Half-Life2. Its either they stay rich or they make a Half-Life3 and get even richer.

Didnt see any of the rescent monsters in Half-life in the rescent videos. All i have seen is the headcrab. Anyone know if they will add any of the hl1 monsters like the garg, tenticle etc? Maybe i just wasnt paying close attention.

Dont get a dell. You cant even change the motherboard on them. Its bloted into the case. There system is setup completely different than a regular built pc. There on power switch was connected to the front usb slots. Then a cord going from the usb slot to the motherboard. Not sure about the...
