i love RHCP's old stuff, even Californication is a good album but the album after that (By the way i think its called?) wasn't as great and not everyone is impressed by this new album.
sadly, over the years RHCP's lost their edge...and that edgey music they played back in the day.
now it...
eh?
looks like someone forgot to read the thread title properly.
some more advice for AntiAnto: if you enjoy instramentals then you will/should be pleased with The Fragile album since it has a few instramentals and in my mind, they are masterpieces. ;)
i agree.
every album has its own unique sound...and i say that proudly because the truth is most bands out there just spew the same sound in new albums.
i'd advise to listen to about 3-4 songs per album to get an idea of what NiN is like...if you really want me point out an album, The Fragile...
on The Fragile album there are a few songs where if you listen closely enough, you can hear chatter....people talking.
The Wretched is the one song thats comes to mind...Trent is on record saying that he got people off the street to say words/make sounds on certain tracks.
you guys know about...
that album has got to be one of the hardest albums ever to find.
seriously...none of my friends who are huge Tool fans have that album and its not from a lack of trying. :x
yup.
this is so true about The Fragile album.
it can be described as one huge track...and Trent was brilliant with the transition of one track to another on The Fragile album.
