when i've compiled my map and run it in cs: s it seems like he's had a manicure or so.

i know it has something to do with the lighting but can't quite figure out what the problem is.

select the brushes and entities you wonna have copied.
than simply drag it away HOLDING SHIFT.
release mouse button and there you have it, an exact copy of your first half.
then simply turn it around the way you want it.
indeed, check for problems first (by pressing ALT + P)
if you used the 'clipping tool' a lot that could be the reason.
also try compiling with HL2CG, Hammer doesn't have a good reputation when compiling big maps.
simply your textures that didn't load. could be you used too many .WAD - files.
you can simply place those textures in an existing WAD file using wally.
see if that does anything.
