Well my idea was a gun that really freezes npc's, like a liquid nitrogen gun or something.
I thought it would be hard to create a particle effect for the ice. I don't really know, i am rather new to modding and stuff. :D
I installed StudioCompiler in the "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\the_sharki\sourcesdk\bin\ep1\bin" folder.

you just create a block with hammer at the spawn point
I think ctrl+T when selected to attach a trigger then scroll through the list to find 'weapon_strip' or something like that.
