I completely agree. People who say halo2 is going to suck because it's not as well made as HL2 need to remember that halo2 is quite different. Otherwise they are extremely biassed. I am going to enjoy both games, hl2 a little more than the other, otherwise i'm excited about both.

I remember playing marathon, now THAT was a great game (for it's time i mean, because when i played HL, it was my favorite game from there on out). Marathon was the first game to not have you kill everything in sight, it had puzzels and stuff, and...just so great, o the memories... Back on...

...I never said that you should buy an Xbox... But halo was a very good game, had quite a few glitches. But they can't really be blamed, they were rushed, i'm sure if Valve released HL2 a year ago it would have not been as good if they were to hold out, too, it still would have been great though.

Seriously guys, halo was a solid game, and i am a very big fan of it, and can't wait for halo 2, to compare halo2 to HL2 is (i think i've heard it before) like comparing apples to oranges...they're too different, not in genre, but in who the fans are, and who they appeal too, halo 2 is not going...

It's now 4:45...still no gold announcement...it's not going to happen.
