By and large, this.
There is some bleed here though. There are people that would have bought the game, but didn't because the downloaded it, and there are some people who pirated it and then bought the game. I'd say 80% of pirated copies were not lost sale.
And I have to completely disagree...
To answer the question of pirating, and why it won't work on his modified firmware:
What he did is allow people to sign their own programs, and thus install them. This is different from playing a pirated game, which will require a loader to run, and a modified file from the game. It has already...
it won't help. the Genie is out of the bottle.
I for one, want homebrew, a better web browser, and a better media player. (And emulators...which I already have)
Yea, posting again...
I owned a Creative ZEN. Still have it actually. It's been in a drawer since I got my ipod touch. I didn't think I'd use apps that much, but they are daily use for me. Not stupid little games, but readers, web browser, notes, dictionary, calculator, IM, the list goes on and...
Of the technology I own, my iPod touch is probably the most used. Music? Yea...I mean, I have music on it. but that usually only gets used in the car for long trips. It's a good music player, don't get me wrong...but it's an awesome device for everything else it does.
I wake up, I check email...
I'm just going to echo many of the comments here. The Cinematic mod has too many changes to the overall feel and ambiance of the game for me to recommend it. I've attempted to play the game several times with it, and always wind up deleting it. The music, visual style, and overall tonality of...
Generally, tailgaters don't bother me *that* much. There was this one time an idiot on a speed bike was tailgating me REALLY closely. Probably 10 feet, while I'm on the interstate, cruising at 70mph+
That guy annoyed me. I did the *very gently tap on breaks so I don't slow down" thing, no...
If you mean raiders...yes. :)
This demo has all of EA space in it, including all the raiders.
And in game, it far surpasses "OK". I mean, I'm an avid B5 fan, but being in game, surrounded by these ships, is something I've waited over 12 years for. (Ever since Sierra was working on a game...
The Demo for the Babylon 5 Total conversion of X3: Terran Conflict has been released. You'll need a fresh install of X3, and then install the mod to that, and enjoy.

I can picture it now:
Officer: "License and registration"
Driver: "Absolutely Sir, it is also my legal duty to inform you that this conversation may be recorded for quality control purposes."
For example, I hated Mass Effect 1 at first...it got a little better, but overall I thought it was "OK", I'll never play it again.
Dragon Age hit the realm of "Excellent", one of the best RPGs I've ever played. After beating it, I went back and played all the other starts. Excellent story, and...
so it was a duplex, and they hit the wrong side of it?
I can actually understand the use of a flashbang for a murder suspect, if he's thought to be armed. But still...this is a sucky situation.
