Could it be that my psu isnt putting enough power into the card? Would a damaged psu affect performance even though i have no clue how i could have damaged the power supply.
I do not beleive that temperature is an issue because we opened the case and blew a huge fan onto the computer and the GPU temperature stayed below 50 degrees and it still put out crappy fps. My CPU stayes at around 50-70 degrees , is that normal?

no worries guys i fixed it.... the timing on my 2 peaices of ram were different so i just threw in another stick of the same brand and took out the stock 512 pc 3200 that came with it so now i got dual 512 pc 3200 Azenram running at 200 mhz so its all good....thx for the help guys
I have an hp media ceneter pc m470n, and it only has 2 slots for memory and im not really trying to run my memery in dual channel at the moment cuzz i have another problem...if i can thats great but right now im trying to run my 2 512 DDR SDRAM pc 3200 sticks at 3200 speeds in single channel...
When I go into my advanced bios settings at start up, I cant find any thing that will let me change the speeds of my ram or my fbs/DRAM multiplyer to 5/5X instead of 5/4X.
