There is always the option of making a scrolling texture on a model in the 3d skybox (such as done in cs office among other maps) that may be far feteched for what your trying do though

I get that alot. its not a error as much as it is a good suggestion to optmize the map (as named above). If you were to wait long enough it would finish. just have to wait a bit longer.

It also maybe that the 3d skybox isnt placed correclty. i've had simliar problems in the past.
