Dont think VAC 2 is on and also I always try get a few good servers where admins are near enough on. It takes some time to find them but after a few weeks your find a few servers where you get locals and admins etc and it turns to all fun fun fun!!!!!!!!!!

I notice more and more people popping up with same problem. Good PC with shit FPS.. ala me too and many more. Maybe CS:S is not optimized for certain cards/drivers certain ahrdware types? Just a thought. Mate feel lucky i get 20 fps everything low ni 800x600 lol
