Probably not, Hectic Glenn
I can understand why that happened, though. I guess it does it based on thread last post date rather than thread created date.
I can have a look at that.
Our main news RSS Feed is (and always has been) available here: http://www.valvetime.net/index.php?forums/news.32/index.rss
Previously this feed contained just a boring list of news titles with no preview or description content.
Thanks to... well, me... the feed entries now contain a healthy...
Oh yeah, sorry, I forgot to tell you.
It appears as though there was some sort of javascript vulnerability which had the potential to be a nuisance. It allowed people to execute javascript commands within the spoiler tags... ouch! :(
I have disabled it until an update is released.
We have just installed a new feature to the site which aims to make the experience at ValveTime.net that little bit more social.
You should be aware that we already had a status update feature, this has now been updated with the Social Connect feature.

Yeah it's to be expected. It would require a ****ing awful amount of work to ensure the site is compatible in all browsers. Especially those that are 6 years old. There's versions of Firefox that are newer than IE7 that do not work very well either due to some major performance issues with jQuery.

The main prompt for doing so was to ensure we're on a much more stable and reliable host.
We are now hosted by Nimbus Hosting. They specialise in hosting forums and...
