I don't see this as being a big deal. Valve's games have moved on from this codebase, and Source is hardly the go-to engine for people wanting to make a game (especially not the 2007 codebase)

I thoroughly enjoyed TDKR. I went into it without any expectations (and, unlike with TDK, I hadn't endured several months of Samon constantly ejaculating over it) and I thought it was great. I even took my kids with me, and brought them back home again!

They never have been, the censor filter is universal. Also, you're not a mod.
