Head injuries are definitely something to be checked out. At least in the short term, it's possible for someone's state to rapidly deteriorate after suffering one. Long term stuff is also pretty serious if left unchecked and especially if it happens multiple times.
Moved out of my hometown of...
Went back to read that thread as well, and man that made me sad. Not only because of the sadness of losing a well-liked community member, but the fact that many of the posters in that thread haven't been here in years...
Black Flag was the one I was mostly waiting for, and that already got a Flash Sale. Picked up Payday 2 and Papers Please as well. The one other game I'm hoping goes on sale is Magicite, but it got passed over in the Community Vote :(
Hey, that sounds like a neat concept for a game. You should definitely start up a thread when the alpha is released, I'm sure some members would be into testing it!
I'm playing through The Fall on Android right now. As a mobile game I think it is excellent, though the controls are a bit difficult to use. Seeing what it looks like on PC though... yikes.
Man, I loved the Jedi Knight games. You would think someone would clue in that the fact that they are STILL being played would mean that people would love more sequels to be made.
The one thing that struck me about BI was how beautiful it was. I had played some games like Metro: Last Light and ARMA 3 on very high settings, but Infinite was easily the most visually appealing to me. The gunplay and level design left something to be desired though, I really wished they had...
Alright, I pretty much never pledge to anything on Kickstarter (Star Citizen and FTL being my only backed projects), but these dev videos were enough to convince me to take the plunge. It's great to see the amount of work that has already gone into the game, and I eagerly await the 30 minute...
Somehow missed this the first time around. Looks quite promising, and its great news that they reached their Kickstarter goal. Look forward to seeing more details about the combat system, specifically.
Yeah, my feeling was more along the lines of if he didn't like the direction that they went with Dead Space 2 then he really wouldn't like the third one. I personally like the second though.
Also, just finished Max Payne 3 yesterday, and was actually really impressed. For a cheap sale...
I've been considering picking this up for ages, but have been put off by the really negative vibes the community has given. How does the gameplay compare to the older ones? I loved the original Rome and Shogun 2, didnt really care for Empire though.
Best (released in 2013): Gunpoint
Best (older): Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition
Worst: X Rebirth :( (They continue to patch it, so here's hoping they'll eventually fix the broken gameplay)
More bumps! The game that's been in development for 7 years has finally come out :D
Haven't gotten much of a chance to play it because of work, but I like what little I played of it so far. Performance is a bit of an issue, however this is pretty standard for new Egosoft releases.
Has anyone...
I'm pretty sad, Storm Spirit had one of my favourite designs, and it fit his voice really well. Aside from that, the rest of the update looks awesome, excited to see the new heroes!
