Eh, I don't know if I agree with that. Speaker for the Dead and Xenocide were both excellent as well, if not a different style from Ender's Game. Children of the Mind got a little silly with the technology, but was okay otherwise. The rest of the books in that universe are not bad and flesh...

Basically my one hope going forward. That and having a single player KOTOR game again, but I don't have my hopes up. A new Jedi Knight would be awesome, but I feel as though devs have the urge to commit to either guns (1313), or sabers/force (FU) and not combine the two.

Came here to say this. Bad port be damned, I haven't had such an amazing experience with one game since Half Life 2 came out.

At first I immediately thought of all my favourite Star Wars games (KOTOR, Jedi Outcast, Battlefront), then I realized they were all developed by other companies (Bioware, Raven, Pandemic). So... I guess I'm still sad, but the gems that LucasArts actually developed seemed to be long behind...
