Source is an awful mess of an engine. Its very frustrating to get even the most simple of things to work and requires a lot more work that it really should. You would be better of picking a more simple game engine to work with.

What do you mean where? Did you expect more the a generic shooter?! This is the first real bit of next gen software I have seen and I am impressed. The graphics, lighting, detail and all round atmosphere is incredible.
