Ravenholm is probably the only chapter I didn't like very much. It feels like it's trying too hard to be scary, and I don't think it fit into the Half-Life universe that well. Lowlife, on the other hand, scared the shit out of me... But the scariest moment in Half-Life is probably in Episode...

They are not gonna explain everything... Who would hope for that..? I, however do hope they are going to reveal a bit more about him...

That one moment in "The Anticitizen One" in Half-Life 2, with the TV and the peculiar music.. Scary as ****... Otherwise it's pretty much the same, but I guess he was a little creepier in Half-Life 1...

Very good going.. very good going.. Black Ops, which is one of the best selling games ever, (despite how bad it is) has sold 7 million copy's but across a larger period of time.. so 3 million in what 3 months? that's pretty ****ing good..

i feel exactly the same way... especially in HL2 EP1 after the chapter low life, where you've been shooting zombies in pure darkness.. it's nice to get out and kinda get some fresh air :D

I don't think you can compare those games, just like that... I definitely wouldn't want EP2's outside world to be like Far Cry or Crysis...
