I'm currently at Prince Henry's Grammar. I was doing physics last year too, but I'm not really mathematically inclined, if you get my drift, so that had to go.
As for english accents, I have a true british one and proud of it! Toodle pip old chap, cucumber sandwiches on the lawn at five...
Hyde college...I take it you're in upper sixth? What are you studying? I'm working on English language, literature, history and media studies A-Levels at the moment.
I agree. Personally I believe suing a company is only truly justified when you need money to medically recover as a direct result of something that was definately their fault, i.e genuine negligence of health and safety like unchecked machinery.
It just seems that America is the only country in the world that seems to have so many trivial legal issues. Not that other nations dont have weird strange battles but in the US they seem to be reported every other week. Its the price you pay for freedom, the occasional weirdo exploiting the system.
Found an interesting quote from this page on the topic of radio reception in odd devices:

"In fact there's been urban legends about a hobbyist whose 50kw transmitter in a residential area was picked up by a lady with her toilet...
We had a pretty famous one in the uk recently where a burglar broke into a house, tripped over and fell on a knife....he managed to sue the owners of the house for negligence of health and safety.

Ok, so mine's not strictly computer related but I think you'll agree its pretty weird. About a year or so ago when I was putting clothes into the washing machine I heard this faint sort of static noise. When I moved back from the unit to try and find the source, the noise got stronger, probably...
Swimming's my personal sport favourite actually, I represented my town last year for the county (Got bronze). Badminton & Hockey are also fun, although I dont play them on a regular basis.
Yeah, that happened to me too. B&W is very cool in the easter egg respect, the devs coded it to read names from the registry and then recorded hundreds of spooky-voiced names in case one matches....there's also a load of stuff to read the date and time like easter or christmas.
Its an absolute must-play. Even though its a few years old now, the graphics are still very good indeed and the narrative is amazing. One of my top PC games, and its probably worth playing the original first as all of the surviving characters are in the sequel.
I have my copy pre-ordered...
Yeah, very annoying. There's also those lame ones that say 'You are the 100,000,000th user to the site! Click to claim a prize!' every time you refresh or revisit...hmmm...
Its the new generation of flash popups that worry me though - very slick putting them on a new broswer layer, but...
Just out of interest....does anyone here EVER actually click popups? For example, have you purposefully clicked on a popup in the last month or so because the product they were selling looked good? And after that did you go on to buy it? I don't know of a single person that has ever purchased...
