Just saw an ad at 3dgamers.com about deddicated servers, and they had an image of Freeman (the one in the upperleft corner) with a "coming soon" 'overtitle'. That must mean something...
Well he did say that the normal version included multiplayer. I doubt that when we click "multiplayer" on th menu, it would come up with something like "to play multiplayer, buy TF2, due Q2 2004".
The publisher (sierra, vu or whoever) just can't be that stupid. By the time the boxed version comes, no one would care, as most would have allready bought it through steam.
Thing is, my 9800pro cost me 380$, and I get better results than the 5900ultra reviewed on tomshardware, a card that costs quite a bit more. Besides, Gabe himself said that the new radeons preform better than the fx cards.
Every single dream I'm in I can control myself, my avatar or whatever, tho sometimes I 'rewind' th dream to change a certain outcome. I also haven't had a nightmare since I was around seven years old. It's not that bad things don't happen in my dreams, it's just that they aren't 'scary'...
I still don't get what all the fuss is about, I expected and preordered a game with singleplayer, multiplayer and moddability, and that's exactly what I'm getting. Whenever valve releases another game that interests me, I'll go over and buy it, just like I've always done.

I know I must have my priorities messed up, but i don't now what I'm missing...
My main rig is a P4 2.4, 1024mb 2700 ddr, radeon 9800pro and the normal stuff.
Clock speed is lower, but people manage to change the bios and turn it into a pro, or close to it. There's also an SE model, wich is supposed to be considerably slower and with more limitations.
