I've noticed the Gamorrean Guard squeal from Dark Forces in a lot of films. Also noticed the music from AvP 1 and the ambient wind noise from Unreal 1 in some movies as well. Go figure. PS. See Doctor Strangelove, the movie is great... and a bit crazy!

Guys, I hate to be a downer, but I'm pretty sure breaking stuff will be almost exactly the same in the SP. The videos look almost exactly the same as what's in CS:S so... I think we're a long ways away from having infinite break points and fully deformable worlds as of right now. But... HL2...

I never touched the script. I saw the build, but it was so buggy/had nothing in it of much value that it ruined nothing for me. Thank God for that. On the other hand, watching the videos over and over and looking at every screenshot may have dropped some of the surprises for me. I know...

Well, I imagine that any enemy that has eyes will have the eyes stare at you and blink and such. They may not have advanced facial expressions and such, but their eyes'll blink more than likely and if they have mouths they will probably move pretty convincingly. That's just theory though. :P

Watch the E3 2003 videos, and watch the videos from recently. There are some nice changes in them if you watch for physics, fluid animations, cosmetics, and gameplay. For example, I've noticed that the zombie skins have changed a bit, as have the animations for City 17 folks. Or am I...

If HL DM came out, I'd personally get tired of HL DM, CS:S, and DoD:S, instead of just CS:S and DoD:S. Gameplay types are all the same, so what's going to make it better for me? Nothing. Graphics are just cosmetics, I'll play for 2 weeks ooo'ing and ahhh'in in DoD: S just like I did in CS...

Unfortunate, but by the way the entire Half-Life 2 production has gone, would it be surprising in the least? Nothing surprises me anymore. Just another punch to the gut. It's too bad really, as much as Valve tries to help their community out with mods and such, they seem to get the shit...
