I have the same card, try turning down view distance (might sound stupid for indoor areas but that helped) also, try the latest 4.10 Omega drivers, they gave me a 5% fps increase and smoothed out the gameplay significantly.

I've just come off a server after doing this, i was talking to one guy who said he has the download and the people who are stealing have to update anyway because they cant play otherwise, is this true? (The execution didn't affect him tho so he had upgraded)

The only thing i hated about TES3 was the AI thinking that you wanted to talk to them everytime you went past, at one point some guy chased me accross half the map to tell me he didn't have time to talk so make it quick. Hope that gets fixed.

Same here, then they released that patch that made you download the whole client again :( Leave it on overnight, the speed seems to pick up then. Dont trust the estimated time though, if you disconnect then reconnect and start re-downloading the time gets cut in half most of the time.
