I heard FX-8350 can also do that, and save you a $100. Matter of fact, Vishera performs just about the same sometimes better than Ivy in heavy threads. So unless you like doing benchmarks and stuff, go for AM3+ instead and save money, after all we build for gaming...
Not really. Unless you like to go for overkill, you can build an AM3+ system that will kick any game in the butt and still save you lots of money. But you must know what you're looking for.
Hey MRG, that's pretty massive HSF man. In the reviews, did you see anyone complaining about this HSF vs Mid towers.
I dont know, but maybe its something you should rule out as far as how much space is needed for HSF.
I like the case, and like the other guys said, dont bet on any PSU that comes...
Good Idea bro. People with systems twice as powerful as yours are complaining, because Vista is power-hog. Stay with XP for now and once you build a system move straight onto Win7.
Good Luck.

I may sound silly, but I must ask:
Did you use any other monitor while defected one was being repaired?
If yes, did you install monitor driver of the "Repaired"?
DVI cable connected exactly where the original monitor was connecting (Usually the one closest to CPU)?
Press Analog/Digital...
Agree. Antec 1200 also comes with filters, Antec 900 doesn't. Its lot less effort and time, cleaning filters, than the gutter: One of the two reasons I hated 900.
idle should be around 30-45 degrees in normal room temperature, 45-55 degrees under load. Make sure all system fans including HSF are connected to their proper places.
Unless the thing is full of dust, little dust won't raise your overall CPU temp that high.
You probably knocked something back...
Wow! Are they even alive?
lol there's even a spider living in one of em, and ****ing rats in another.
lol Those poor bastards must have been electrocuted as soon as they walked into the PSU.
I dont think DX detects MB, only some components. but wait a sec, lemme run mine. In the mean time, wait for more replies.
Good Luck.
Edit- Nope DX does not detect the make and model of my MB, if that is what you're asking. What is the problem that you're having?
