Anyone know how to make Steam NOT load up when starting your computer?. I can't seem to find an option to turn it off. When my computer is loaded up, I don't see the steam icon, but if I check my task manager, its there, and its using about 10MB of memory. Anubis

nearly 2GB's. But for some reason my halflife folder is still there and thats another gig, so all together its over 3GB's. I think I might just delete everything valve related and start over. Anubis

This is stupid. I can't even play single player now. Nothing is loading. Well, steam loads, its in my taskmanager using a bunch of memory, but otherthan that, theres no sign of steam. No icon on my taskbar. Way to go Valve! Anubis

As much as I hate steam, im not going to sign it. Why? Because HalfLife2 is programmed for it. If Valve listens to this petition, then HL2 will get delayed. When will people think?. Anubis

I've seen something like this come up with my firewall. I denied access. The problem is it uses up your bandwidth while your playing giving you a higher ping. It also could get your isp suspicious after a while (using way to much bandwidth). Anubis

Ok, I shutdown Steam like 30minutes ago. I went to start it up again and it says its already running!. what the hell is this all about it. I ctrl alt del, and check my task manager. There it is. Still running. And its using over 70MB of memory!!!!. Stupid steam. So, if you really want to...

Wow, Steam uses up a lot of memory when doing nothing. I loaded it up and its started using over 20MB's.. Its now over 35mb's!. And to think I thought playing with ICQ was bad. Steam could be a real problem for some people. Anubis

asd, thats just part of the structure with the sun reflecting on part of it. I assume the sun is coming through a window and just hits part of it, like it does on other parts of the structure. Anubis
