I have a hard time believing that. There's no way someone would NOT file a lawsuit against EA for those actions she describes. It's required to pay overtime. If they are not compensated in ANY way that division of EA would be shut down until such wages were applied. If this is in fact going on...
Looks like the first as far as graphics? Hardly. Have you even played the first game, or the second for that matter. There's a huge difference. The levels are much fuller, scattered with more debris and higher ceiling elevations. You must be playing a different game.
It's not emulated, and Xbox doesn't use DirectX 7. As far as physics goes, I've seen the same things in Halo 2 that I do in Half-Life 2. Except the manipulator. Ragdoll, moving crates, barrels, couches, etc.
Except that the majority of it is subjective opinion. That's a pretty big flaw in your design. Halo 2 isn't going to disappear like the plane that flew into the Pentagon. Halo is still the most widely played mutliplayer game around. It has remained on the top seller's lists since it was...
Hit the button once and start to talk. When you stop talking, the mic shuts off and stops transmitting. You can also use the UP key on the directional pad.

There's also all the cyber-cafe's who may only buy one multi-user license, but pre-load it 50 times. I think the article means nearly 2 million computers have pre-loaded it, but 2 million people haven't paid for a bronze, silver, or gold copy of the game.
What do you expect? The most anticipated console game ever was just released, just over 24 hrs ago. Give it some time, the posts will die down. It's not like you're forced to read them.
