no coders needed. make maps, compile them, put it in a mod change gameinfo and libgist or whatever its called and that chemplayer list or whatever to your mod name then TADDAAAA! Done.

Btw I really dont see the point in inculding TDM and DM modes. But heck, its your mod! ;) Oh and theres nothing wrong with your sniper concept. It looks good! :angel:
