At first I thought Tywinn was the same actor as the undercover cop in Resevoir Dogs
Edit: Should I spoiler tag that? Has everyone seen Resevoir Dogs already?
Yeah, so basically they did it exactly the same as Rome did it:
"Oh hey guys, remember that huge awesome battle that just happened here a few hours ago? Oh you missed it? Well even though there's only like 5 guys walking around now and a bit of smoke, let me tell you, it was really epic and...
Sounds like they got a better deal than the Soviet paratroopers who didn't have enough parachutes and thus had to jump from low speed and low altitude into snowbanks.
Depends which model you get, but they MSRP between $40 and $65, and usually I look for things below MSRP. I actually just picked up a barely used pair at a garage sale for a dollar and that included a working tube.
$65 is pricey for a tire. I recommend Specialized Armadillos or Continental Gatorskins. Both are popular, tough and very puncture resistant and about $40.
Your body will start carrying extra water almost immediately. This is good for 4 or 5 lbs of weight increase. I remember when I started riding I was always thirsty and after I stopped riding I seemed to be always peeing.
For dumping heat on long down hills I find the best method is to alternate squeezing the front and back until you think it is as hot as you are comfortable with. The hotter the brake is, the more heat it will shed to convection, and you always have one cool brake for if you need to slow even more.
I guess it depends if you are more interested in learning more about the story, or if you want to enjoy the show more. Either way, they both tell the same story. If it was me, I would wait and watch until season 1 is finished, then read all of the books in order and by then the 5th book should...
I haven't watched any of this show yet, but the impression I get is a more serious and less sexy version of Weeds. I stopped watching that a few season ago just because it was pushing far into the realm of ridiculous.
I thought it was only planned to be one season, and they tacked on a second season because it did well. I would rather see a prequel with the Gaulic wars and Vercingetorix and the battle of Alesia. That would require a pretty huge budget to show well.
I haven't really played any video games since high school, and that was a long time ago. I eventually played through HL2 on my laptop about 4 years after it came out.
At work they have 2 of these 3d printers. Mostly they get used by engineering undergrads to make little sculptures. The plastic "paint" is ridiculously expensive.
