Is it popular? I only just heard of it a few days ago, and I've been into electronica for 15 years. Then again I tend to stick with the stuff I like. I just thought it was funny that someone made a decent dubstep remix of the song.

no not at all. like I said before, some are just mouth pieces for film studios, while others are snobs. But I really shouldn't have said that most are that way. Its just that after reading a lot of reviews (good or bad) for any given movie on rotten tomatoes for several years, I just can't help...
I have to admit I usually will go to RT or metacritic first before Ebert or other singular reviews. It was because of those sites I decided to take a chance on Rango.
