yeesh. i get the email notice, come back here to read the reply, and then get stuck staring at that squid avatar thing with the gun... it's rather mezmerizing.
well I think statements like that would fall under the over-hyped part of things. Half-Life 2 has a lot of great things going for it but serious advancement isn't one of them over other top of the line engines out there.

The thread mentioned above has it for windows, but technically if you go back to the author of bit torrent's home page, he offers the original python source code so it'll work on almost any platform out there. they've already got binaries for linux, os X, windows, sun.. the list goes on.
A torrent file is just the meta information to tell the bit torrent client where to get the REAL file. Check out this thread for a couple different clients that are available.

well, they DO have a phone number for those paranoid about doing money stuff over the internet. They're hardly a fly by night operation. I've got some big bandwidth server stuff going on with them for a couple of years now.

i'm the guy who runs the filerush.com one. i put up new torrents a up to 2 days before the gametorrents one, which usually makes all the difference to most people. I've got 2 seeds always going which can push quite a bit of bandwidth. gametorrents, although they're slow to get new stuff, is...
i don't see how this can relate to ww2 games. are there games where you play a concentration camp jew who has to try and survive the random executions and gas chambers? it's the same thing as this. this isn't armed combatants fighting it out, this is civilians being driven to the slaughter...
