Nope. The highest possible level of violence/sex/language in the game determines the rating. This is to inform parents who may not be so involved as to make use of content control.

Anyone who thinks HL2 will be rated T is kidding themselves. :rolling: The ESRB goes beyond blood and gibs for M ratings. Realistic physics = Auto M. If I run over a Combine with a car and the rag-doll reacts realistically, M. If I can pick up a dead body with a manipulator + ragdoll...
