I loved all of Metro 2033 except the bloody gas mask glitch thing bloody bloody, and this looks like it's improving on the balls-hard stealth sections. They're going to have to convince me that the style lends itself to multiplayer, though.
ADDENDUM: Do you think you'll still be able to honk...
Maybe I didn't have enough filters - I couldn't really read the icon showing how many filters you had, and I hoarded a bunch of the military-grade ammo for the stealth suit.
I've been playing through Metro 2033 again to try and get the super happy ending where everyone can be friends and dance the night away. I think I got a decent amount of moral good things, but when I got to the library I began going through gas masks really quickly for no reason, meaning I died...
I'm considering replaying Vanquish with the Tri-Weapon Pack when I have some Microsoft points leftover from something else. Is the DLC worth buying for replay value?
On another note, if Vanquish ever gets some actual downloadable levels, they really need to be steampunk.
If you haven't heard of The Sky May be, take some time perusing these videos. Trust me - it'll be worth your while.

As you can see, The Sky May Be is an abstract Doom WAD that uses simple, blocky textures...
Daisy's Garden (freaking marmots), Crash Bash (balls hard) and Rayman 1 (nightmare fuel).
I got Rayman 1 back recently, and the music still gives me the willies. Especially Band Land.
EDIT: How the f**k did I miss Pokemon?
I MAED A GAM3 W1TH Z0MBIES 1N IT!!!1 for XBLA has one of the best multiplayers of this generation. I am serious when I say that the only bad thing about this game is no Live (known to some as the Halo:CE effect).
Come to think of it, how would COD go futuristic if it was all about realism etc.? I don't really see it fitting in with lasers and spaceness. Still not behind the whole WW1 thing though. Either it's brilliant or godawful, and either way it's probably still more awesome to watch Blackadder Goes...
It would maybe work if they set it while the armies were still trying to out-manouvre each other, but it could easily go wrong. I'm still for Captain Price: IN SPACE!
A lot of remakes on Xbox live that are a lot of fun, e.g Gunstar Heroes, which I think you can get for a fiver over XBLA, and whose boss runs will still make you weep. I lapped up a load of those - Doom, Duke Nukem 3D etc. The only bad thing is nobody goes online with those - I had one brilliant...
There was another thing I'd forgotten. I love this kind of thing. I played Duke Nukem 3D again a while back (I abandoned if before because those things that attack your face are just damn creepy) and now I knew the map design loved every second, until I started being creeped out by the blobby...
In a nostalgic mood, I looked up Daisy's Garden, a much loved game of my childhood and probably the first game I ever played, and whilst no Half-Life 2 is still awesome. However, I can only find a couple of dodgy download websites and Youtube clips in German that make any reference to it. Does...
Congratulations to you for that reference. I remember many an idle weekday night trying to figure out whether you could look up her skirt (for those who wish to try it, the answer is no.). Back on subject, is there someone who programs the lyrics into her or something?
EDIT: Come to think of...
