So you are running a dedicated server and running a HL2 client on the same box to connect to it? I am sure that is too much being running HL2 client is choppy for most people in DM. When I start a listening server I ping like 20 heh.

I know it is possible I played on a server last night that removed the shotgun from overwatch. The ammo was still there but the shotgun never spawned.

Making backups does not bypass the copy protection. In the example above when he copied it he had no issues when he tried to use it with a virtual drive program the COPY PROTECTION stopped him. Developers do not sell CD Crack software. And just because someone sells something doesn't mean...

Pull up task manager and be sure. The file you are trying to open is being accessed. IE Steam is running. Try opening a HLS or CS Source GCF to see if it is specific to HL2.

The best way to shoot those gunships down is to launch the rocket and do a corkscrew motion with your mouse and target the gunship as the rocket is about to impact. They rarely shoot it down then.
