sounds pretty much like some custom maps you can get for TFC, thou more king of the hill based rather than capture the flag. for your turrets, i think there should be like a timer for them, so it's more like a quick bonus than something you switch on, after all, to get a good flow going...

if i were you, i'd seriously try to learn how to map basic features like a button or a door, since it's so simple, especially stuff like adding nodraw textures. There are plenty of tutorials out there that explain basic features like this and for an expert to explain stuff to you is a waste...
