I actually e-mailed both Gabe and Erik about how they plan on coping with the massive bandwidth strains at the launch of HL2, my suggestion was having certain servers that delivered the game, and certain servers that did the patching and so on, so as not to tax the WHOLE system at once. This...

We can only hope. Steam has recently died for me, I think it's updating or something? : ) Been dead for 24 hours now. If HL2 does indeed arrive earlier on steam than in stores, hell yeah I'll buy it that way!

What a peice of crap video... The quality was the worst I've seen in ages, sound was good though! IT stuttered like a mother on my mean rig and I have tons of codecs installed. Give us BINK CNVG damn you!
