then i guess you should (or should've) drop out of school before 16, stop paying taxes, drop your car insurance, etc. you're forced to do things for the greater good all the time...how is this that much different? it's not like you'll be forced to waste 2 years of your life doing something...

i'm not saying that this bill is the greatest idea ever...just that it wouldn't be the end of the world if it was passed.
