Didn't realise GFWL was on its last legs. Been using it a bit recently with GTAIV. I cope with it for the most part, but the most annoying so far is the updates. It decides mid-game it wants to update, which requires restarting the game (and apparently potentially the computer).
If I bought it, it'd be after it'd had been confirmed by friends it was a good game.
Although there doesn't seem much point; I'd have to shell out another £40 in 6 months time for a minor improvement.

85% off for Frontlines seems pretty good (THQ sale, not Halloween sale). Not sure whether the game's worth it, though.
This works. Uberium, BNS (not completely vanilla) and Saignz (or something) for me, although I don't like the latter's change-map system. Gives me a mostly vanilla with some interest server list.
