Wait I actually remember the line was "what's wrong with being adopted?" followed by "for the record you are adopted and that's terrible." My bad. There were powerful moments in my opinion, though, and there was character development, I just was thinking of different parts.
I remember I did...
Make any joke on a lot of subjects and someone will take it to heart. Of course the writers considered that an adopted person might play the game, they just decided the overall tone was not going to bring up an actual issue. And while we're letting the video game characters control our emotions...
Hm. People posting Coltrane. I like his Improv and I really like his compositions but I don't like listening to him too much. Doesn't have my favorite sound.
I'm more of a big band guy :P I can enjoy small ensembles, though. Some big bands I enjoy for those interested:
Maynard Ferguson. Very tight:

Arturo Sandoval. Very latin:

Buddy Rich Big Band. Very sweaty...
But see, that's the thing. The series starts out as a fun little fantasy novel about a kid who finds out he's a wizard and goes to a magic school. That's why these uber-dramatic movies where someone dies every scene are a little odd.
What is this grabbing voldemort and jumping off a thing?
Edit: crap, this movie is gonna be so stupid. I'm gonna watch it and enjoy it cos I'll know that in a few years no one will care about Harry Potter. Ever again.
I'm not quite sure what this is. So it's like you have a regular doorway or opening but it's actually a portal that leads to a different part of a map instead of having the whole map connected in one piece?
Well Mass Effect I'm not actively playing right now and a lot of those other games are games I can easily switch on and off and between depending on mood. Also, I'm in highschool so I've got time more or less.
I never got any community maps for the original Portal. Were there any that were as good as the game's puzzles?
Just had a thought. I don't know how well it would go over, but what about a competitive test? Like a race or something that actually pits the two bots against each other. I know that...
I don't think it's totally out of the question that Aperture hired the G-man to plan Black Mesa's downfall. However there is nothing that could make me believe that the G-man and Cave Johnson are the same person.
I think the combined use of light bridges and conversion gel would be cool, since we've had to use repulsion gel on them. I mean putting conversion gel on the bridges to make them into portal surfaces.
Like me, you're probably hoping for more content in your Portal 2, be it challenge chambers, additional co-op courses, hats, gestures, whatever. What do you wish to have added to Portal 2? Here's a thread for any clever (or otherwise) ideas you may have.
I'm thinking a good co-op course would...
Ok many games being played right now, what with Portal 2 and the potato sack out so here goes:
Pokemon Crystal: I didn't grow up with the Pokemon games, but I'm now playing crystal (already played red and yellow) online. I like running through the gyms and I'm pretty attached to my team of...
