HL 1 was one of the best games ever made. You should defininitely find a way to play it

I think nothing has been started because no game has been officially announced...i bet there will be one once valve decides to drop some info on ep 3

To clarify, i never said it was done. i've been under the assumption that they shelved ep3 to make l4d 1,2 and portal 2, along with something else that they're probably working on. i just think its dumb that you guys as fans wouldnt want to even hear some sort of information about it after 3...

I just dont understand how some people here get mad at others for wanting ep3. How is it a bad thing for people to want a sequal to a good game that the last thing they heard was supposed to be made but haven't heard a lick of info about. Thats absurd to me.

i've said it once and i'll say it again. valve reads this forum and they just do things to screw with us and laugh at all the outragous posts by everyone. thats actually they're new job.

I dont know but i didnt see it till i checked game informer this morning....gaming websites have been innaccurate before but i can only hope this means ep3.

Waiting for half life 2 was where i learned my lesson trying to see what valve is doing. But my honest opinion has been said already. I think that after the first 2 episodes came out they had some other ideas that they wanted to pursue(left 4 dead 1 and 2, portal 2, possibly something else) and...

the people at valve must be very good poker players. they're very good at not letting anything slip. its been like 12 years and people still dont know who exactly the g man is. If they're gonna make a half life 3, i would bet that after episode 3 is out we still wont know who the g man is or who...

the borealis seems to be the only connection that we know about so far, so unless we get some new info somehow, which i dont think valve would leak, i guess we'll have to wait until ep3 comes out to see what exactly is on the ship thats so important

I keep thinking about the connection between the games. We know that from what we saw in hl2 that sometimes when you teleport there is a time delay, as alex and freeman appeared a week after they teleported. Maybe glados has an experiment go wrong and the borealis doesn't teleport forward but...

And i have no complaints about the time because i've loved every game valve has put out and if i've played every game they put out, who am i to complain about how they make a game....or how long.
