I too have very little work experience on my cv. What I tend to do is explain what I've done with that time instead in a cover letter, I think for first proper jobs, it's more important to them that you've been making use of your time than exactly what it was you did.

Yeah but you run up against problems when two homosexual christians want to get married, in the eyes of the lord and all that. Not many people seem to complain about atheists getting married. Personally, civil partnership sounds cold and distant, but I'm not that fussed really.
