They changed it a lot. Elisabeth doesn't even have any of those powers, she kind of looks different too. Also in the final game there is no telekinesis vigor as shown in that video.
So I just finished the game as well. Overall really enjoyed the game. I especially liked Elisabeth and the banter between her and Dewitt.
However, yeah... I didn't like the ending.
The only people that should be worried are the South Koreans, because they're right next to those weirdos. Everyone else can continue to point and laugh.
Is it really that good? I'm still debating whether to buy it or not.
The only Bioshock game I've actually played was the first one, and I can't say I was too thrilled with the gameplay.

DLC, when it's not stuff that should have been in the game in the first place, is fine.
