All of these problems would have been solved if they had never specified a date. If Valve would have just put "Pre-order Orange Box and gain access to TF2 Beta when we release it!" Then all of this would have been solved.

100% agreed but the problem they are having is with the servers (according to an email) LOL so it makes it kinda hard

I don't know if you guys release this but Valve still has about 2 and a half hours before the "release" is late.

Hey Asus and others, do you think that if I upgrade my 939 pin mobo I can make the lifespan to around a year? Basically what Im asking is do you think that 939 will be able to compete in a year or so or do you think I should safe up for a Am2 and ddr2 ram just for future proofing?

Yes I have PCI-E but I wouldnt want to upgrade my graphics card right now with directx10 right around the corner unless it was a 8800GT/X but thats too much for me.
