Turtle Rock Studios no longer exist, Valve bought them out earlier this year and are now called Valve South. Valve were working with them very closely until that point, new technologies were added to the game, like physics based animation etc as part of it.
Some of the videos are fun, but...
It's unlocked, but what difference is securerom going to make to you, it's through steam, securerom isn't going to make jack squat to the way you play steam games.
This is the new multiplayer that comes with warhead, they changed it all from the original crysis because the original multiplayer sucked.
It runs on the same engine as warhead and so runs at an average on 30fps on the high settings on a $700 pc.
You think?? lol
No, it doesn't, check out pczone's review of it, they like it a lot and even state the alien parts are better because they usually include Koreans and they have much better AI.
Just bought warhead on steam now, i wish this had happened when crysis came out as i had to get a boxed copy :(
Just tried to add my boxed crysis code to steam and it wouldn't accept it though, maybe after the weekend?
And you won't go wrong with L4D, that's a cracking game we'll be playing for a long time, looks great, runs great, great feeling whilst playing and some immensly satisfying moments in gameplay.
It's entirely down to the publisher and nothing to do with Valve/Steam. I checked this when the CPD4 price was something like $20 or $30 more on steam outside of NA.
Valve, being their own distrubutor on steam, set their prices, however, for other non valve games, they can say, charge...
Yeah, you can create now and add the correct entities when it's released, you don't actually add enemies, you just draw path's for the director and it handles everything else.
