Different companies work differently. TF2 may not be much compared to maybe Crysis in terms of technical aspects, but the graphics are still very much appreciated.

Just wait for a 8800GT instead; performance better than the current 640MB GTS yet cheaper, or you could wait for the (rumoured) 65nm version of the 8800GTS.
Your card is a DX7 level card; meaning the hardware doesn't actually support DX8. You need an upgrade for your card then, as DX8 is the minimum for OB.
Source engine games currently have problems with some anti-virus software; AVG 7.5 and NOD32 cause crashes and need to be uninstalled FULLY. Other anti-virus software have workarounds apparently.

Ok. I doubt retailers stock the Tuniq Tower 120 over here, so would simpler heatsinks be able to cool the CPU sufficiently for overclocking (and hopefully reduce the noise)?
Also, can the cooling systems in the case support GPU overclocking? Thanks for your help.
