well im not really sure what army on the helicopter is meant to be, there is no section of the military to my knowledge just called 'army,' its a pretty broad term i think
This is totally true, most of the 'good' games coming out on ps3 require a hi def tv, which means all in all you need to spend about 1000 quid (in england at least) to be able to enjoy it.
It'll cost an extra 100 pounds if you want to enjoy that chrome trim aswell
Perhaps the gman only brought gordon out of stasis when it was most beneficial for the gman or perhaps the gman thought he was bringing gordon at the most effective time for the resistance, theres so many possibilites!
I must say, none of the characters, such as barney, kleiner etc seem that suprised when they see you.
Barneys first line "now about that beer i owed you," he certainly wouldnt say that if he wasnt expecting gordon.
And as for kleiner on the screen in the interrogation room at the train...
Fair enough, i swear they were mentioned as marines in hl1, but after you mentioning it i couldnt actually think of a time when they are referred to as marines.
I cant see why they wouldnt send marines into a situation such as the black mesa one though...
couldnt be bothered to read most of this thread, just read the headcrab document (fascinating and cracking stuff btw!)
just wondering if there were any other factfiles about the other aliens knocking about for download??
Yeah its always been the Kleiner model for me, because on the way back after the test accident i see him push a cabinet onto one headcrab (gibbing it) then another headcrab takes him from behind
