On the Source DS mailing list, a Valve rep said that the Linux binary will be out later than the Win32 binary. This means that half of the servers capable of being run will not be up until the Linux binary is released. (this includes my own server)
I have homework to do, so I may set up a...
Nice one; I didn't know it wasn't Jason Isaacs. It's been a while since I've seen the movie though.
I knew Jason Isaacs wasn't Australian, but I also know that he's capable of a wide range of accents. ;) It's good that someone knew who I was talking about though, and thank you for the...
So... I got an Aopen AX4SPE Max (P4 Socket 478) from a friend of mine, and built a machine out of some spare parts I had lying around. However, I have a recurring issue that I can't seem to fix so far...
Basically, every time I start the machine (either from a restart, or from a cold start)...
The speedrun done before that one, coming in at about 2:30, involved no flying, and I don't even think it used grav-jumping. Look around for it. I think RandomEngy was the speedrunner. (incidentally, he was a part of the 1:36 speedrun)
As for a new graphics card, they don't have to be that expensive. If you have an AGP slot, this one will play HL2 just fine (albeit with low settings).

Assuming you have an AGP slot, $30 will get you that card.
Screenshot or it's not true. ;)
So the next question: did Lamarr get teleported back by good chance during the incident, or did Kleiner make a separate run of the teleporter in order to retrieve him?
Well, if it doesn't get a response in a timely manner, then your ping to the server will likely be bad. If you don't get servers on your list, hit "refresh".
Check your filter settings, maybe you have it set to filter out any server with ping over 50, or whatever. On days where my connection...
I get it, and it's an interesting observation. :)
Maybe Lamarr was teleported back to Kleiner's lab, only he was 20 feet away from you, since he was 20 feet away in the wasteland scene. ;)
Before you make another comment in this forum regarding the content of any game, you should play that game more than 30 minutes.
And it might help if you played them in storyline order.
If you ever need to reset your config back to stock, the fastest way to do it is to delete your "SteamApps\[email protected]\Team Fortress Classic" directory. Deleting the game only gets rid of the Valve-provided files, so that you can free up space without getting rid of your config files.
If you have a credit or debit card, I personally recommend the "Valve Complete Pack".

It comes with Valve's entire catalog, including HL1, HL2, and HL2: Episode 1. It also comes with all of the mods for those games, like DOD...
It's not being ripped open. That's how you see it in the game. I played through that section yesterday, trust me. Want me to go back and take a screenshot?
