Problem was "clientregistry.blob" file where all stuff, operations and preloads are written down. Now, when i bought game on friends machine, transaction was saved into his steams "blob", not mine. So when he logged out, i deleted mine blob, restarted steam and...
I've just purcharsed bronze package trough steam, got confirmation of it on mail, preloaded HL2 and on my "games" CS is still in "purcharse" status.

What makes textures look crisp and sharp? Texture detail or texture filtering?
I've noticed that when i set texture detail to high and filtering only on trilinear, models textures don't look as good as they could.
So, what exactly fitering does?
