Psycannon? There is no "psycannon" weapon to use. You don't get ANY psychic attacks at all in HL2. Perhaps you mean the PHYSICS gun or "super gravity gun"?

What do you expect to happen? Someone to give you theirs? Not that it would do you any good... If you REALLY bought the game, and there REALLY was no key included, then just take it back to the store. There is NOTHING any of us can do for you. And there is no manual - just a slip of paper...
