It's a tricky one, very good idea to but just as hard to execute.
You are paying for a game that you have no idea about, if it would be good or anything like the prequels.
What happens if it sucks?
And why should the people who fund it have to buy it again?

You can trade Eve money for real money?
So how does that work because I imagine that you can mine and discover stuff which you sell in game... so it's creating more virtual money than the amount of real money that's actually being put into it.
If every player traded their Eve money for real...
Tropico was awesome, I played it for hours, loved it. I didn't get into Tropico 2 though. Can't wait for this, I think the origional developer was Popcam or something, shame that they aren't doing this one.
