We've known for a year that the FX line sucks at DX9. The 6800 series on the other hand shows very good performance in DX9.

You're comparing a $299.99 card to a $499.99 card. And yes, that test is more memory intensive than GPU intensive (thus the drop at 1600x1200 4xAA/8xAF).

Why do you need AA and AF at 1600x1200? I'm liking my 6800, a really good deal.
