Hey guys. I was just wondering, whats the proper way to type more then one launch option into the "Properties > Set launch options..." tab so the game recognizes them all individually? Thanks.
In TF2, Portal, And Ep2, whenever I set the texture detail to very high and hit apply, it goes back to medium. Anyone else having this problem? Anyone know how to fix it? Thanks.
Edit: Also, on a side note, I had a question on the little check fox for "Use 'bloom' affect when avilable", is...
This happened to me too about a month ago. I use Cox High Speed Internet, but they said the same thing that the signal coming to my house was okay but they sent someone in, put in a new wire and everythings good now. You should get whoever your with to come down and check on it.
I cleaned out my computer about 3 days ago, used an air compressor to blow out all the dust but the problems were going on before that. Before I cleaned it out, I did get a couple error messages saying my video card was overheating so thats when I cleaned all the dust out, it's running a lot...
Nope, no overclock. And I was using the 5.9 drivers but went to the 5.8 to see if it was just something wrong with the latest driver but seems it's something else.
I've been having a couple weird problems with my Video Card the last couple of days. Once while playing HL2 a manhacks textures went all funky and turned all checkered like with black and gray. And the same thing happened with the FEAR single player demo, a wall and door turned all black/grey...
Hey all, hope you can help me with a problem. The last 2-3 days HL2 has been screwing up on me. While I'm playing, when I get done with a certain part of a map and the "Loading..." text pops up, I've waited about 5 minutes and finally with frustration press the windows start key on the keyboard...
I have to say, it is very random. Like during one round I shot a guy in the head with the shotgun and nothing, and then I shot another guy in the back with the pistol and he exploded with gibs everywhere. I think they need to work on the gibbing system a little bit.
This game is awesome. Played the demo a couple different times with different settings to try and get it looking the best while having a good performace. I took a pic of one of the enemies where I shot his head off with the pistol. Definately getting this game when it comes out.
Got a 5GB Creative Zen Micro here too. Excellent MP3 player. Very small and portable you can take pretty much anywhere. You can also put computer files on it too if you need to. Very easy transferring computer songs to it. I got mine for my birthday about two weeks ago and haven't had any...
This question has been puzzling me for quite some time now. In Half-Life, we see the military launching missles on the surface of Black Mesa which could still mean that the there is a still a good possibilty of most of Black Mesa still around since it was underground. But in Opposing Force we...
The HD pack that came with Blue Shift only updated the models in the first half life, if it updated anything in OP4 it would just be the current monsters that exsisted in the original like the headcrab, zombie, etc.
Everything seems okay except for 4. The chest splits open to create a new mouth for the zombie. And it would be highly unlikely every single zombie would rip their chest open because of the pain. It's just the zombie mutating. Also like TheSmJ said, if the headcrab is controlling the human they...
I enjoyed Half-Life 2 very much. I can't remember the first time I played Half-Life but it was great too. I do have to say that there were a few times in Half-Life that was some boring parts like On A Rail. They're both great games and I still play the single player campaigns over and over, so...
They usually put you under for those kinds of things so I bet they'll put you to sleep and you'll wake up and it'll seem like you only dozed off for maybe a minute. They might give you pain medication after if it'll hurt later. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
